Christmas 2006
A CHRISTMAS MESSAGE
Dear Friends at Hope Endeavors,
"I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all people...today, in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; He is Christ the Lord..." Luke 2:10-11.
Our hearts are overwhelmed with joy and gladness as we ponder the faithfulness of the Lord to us and His work here at Balaybay this year 2006. Through your faithful partnership both in prayers and finances, our Lord has greatly blessed His work here not just materially but most of all, spiritually. It was the Gospel in action. We have shared not just in words but in deeds and actions the good news of God's great love resulting to the salvation of many souls. This year 2006, our faithful partnership in the Gospel has resulted in the baptism of 118 new converts. We baptized them on Dec. 3, 2006 at a river near our community. This was the biggest single water baptism we ever has since the Lord's work started in 1988. We were blessed to see all these children, youth, and old people follow the Lord through water baptism. All our prayers and sacrifices have not been in vain. To Him be all the honor, glory, and praise. Amen.
Thank you so very much. We hope and pray that you will also feel in your heart that joy and gladness that we felt. We know that event would not have been possible without your faithful prayers and support. It is our fervent prayer that our Lord will continue to richly bless you, and touch your gracious and generous hearts to be our faithful partners in the ministry in the years to come.
